眉山市光彩事业发展存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：我国的光彩事业是由中央统战部和全国工商联倡导非公有制经济人士参与的一种扶贫开发事业,是统一战线代表人士回馈社会的主要方式之一。光彩事业实施以来,取得了良好成效,既帮助受助地区脱贫致富,又引导非公有制经济人士履行社会责任,带来了积极的社会正能量。眉山市紧邻成都,地理位置优越,近年来经济发展迅速。在相关部门的指导下,眉山市的光彩事业取得了一定程度的进展,带来了积极的社会正效应。受多方面因素的影响,眉山市的光彩事业发展仍然存在一定程度的问题。本文以眉山市光彩事业的基本情况作为研究对象,综合运用理论与实践分析相结合的方式,研究眉山市光彩事业发展所取得的成效以及存在的问题,并有针对性地提出相应的解决措施。本文共分五部分。第一部分为绪论,系统论述了光彩事业的理论背景和相关研究现状；第二部分介绍了光彩事业有关概念和我国光彩事业发展的基本情况；第三部分对眉山市光彩事业的现状进行了分析,阐述了眉山市光彩事业取得的成效和存在的问题及原因；第四部分针对光彩事业发展中存在的各项问题,提出了相应的建议；最后一部分为结论,归纳了全文的分析结果。研究认为：尽管眉山市的光彩事业已经取得了显著成效,但光彩事业参与主体自身存在缺陷、光彩事业发展环境不完善、运行机制和组织机构等方面存在一些问题。针对上述问题,文章认为应该从四个方面进行改进：强化培养引导,提升光彩事业参与主体整体素质；营造良好环境,提升全社会对光彩事业的认同感；强化政策扶持,完善光彩事业运行的体制机制；规范组织机构,提高光彩事业促进会的运转水平。文章针对眉山市光彩事业发展提出的对策建议,有利于提升该市光彩事业的扶贫能力,推进光彩事业在该市的发展,促进实现共同富裕的初衷,对于国内同类地区的光彩事业发展具有较高的指导作用,对我国光彩事业的整体发展也具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The glorious cause of our country is a kind of poverty alleviation and development undertaking advocated by the United Front work Department of the Central Committee and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and it is one of the main ways for the representatives of the United front to give back to the society.Since the implementation of the glorious cause, good results have been achieved. It has not only helped the aided areas to extricate themselves from poverty and become rich, but also guided the people in the non-public sector of the economy to fulfill their social responsibilities, thus bringing positive social energy.Meishan close to Chengdu, the geographical location of the rapid economic development in recent years.Under the guidance of relevant departments, the glorious cause of Meishan has made a certain degree of progress, which has brought positive social effect.Affected by many factors, Meishan City's glorious career development is still a certain degree of problems.This paper takes the basic situation of the glorious cause of Meishan city as the research object, synthetically applies the method of combining theory and practice analysis, studies the achievements and problems existing in the development of the glorious cause of Meishan city.And puts forward the corresponding solution measure pertinently.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, systematically discusses the theoretical background and related research status of the cause of brilliance, the second part introduces the concept of the cause of brilliance and the basic situation of the development of the cause of glory in China.The third part analyzes the current situation of the glorious cause in Meishan City, and expounds the achievements, problems and reasons of the cause, the fourth part puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems in the development of the glorious cause.The last part is the conclusion, summarizes the full text analysis result.The study shows that although the glorious cause of Meishan City has achieved remarkable results, there are some problems in the main body of the participation in the cause of brilliance, the imperfect environment for the development of the cause, the operation mechanism and the organization and so on.In view of the above problems, the article holds that we should improve from four aspects: strengthening cultivation and guidance, enhancing the overall quality of the participants in the glorious cause, creating a good environment, promoting the sense of identity of the whole society to the glorious cause, and strengthening the policy support.To perfect the system and mechanism for the operation of the glorious cause, to standardize the organization and to raise the level of operation of the Association for the Promotion of the cause of brilliance.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in the light of the development of the glorious cause in Meishan City are conducive to enhancing the poverty alleviation capacity of the city's glorious cause, promoting the development of the glorious cause in the city, and promoting the realization of the original intention of common prosperity.It has a high guiding function for the development of the glorious cause in the same region of our country, and also has certain reference value for the overall development of the glorious cause of our country.
