社会资本视阈下邻避冲突治理路径研究

【摘要】：经济新常态在社会秩序中呈现了社会稳定风险的多元化。近年来,在中国社会建设的过程中,邻避项目引发的社会失稳、社会失序等事件屡有发生,规避抑或治理邻避冲突是中国社会需要解决的重要议题。文章从经济社会学角度入手,基于社会资本理论解释邻避冲突的致因因素及其治理之道的可行性,在深入分析信任、社会网络及居民参与等核心要素的基础上,探究邻避冲突生成机理及治理之道,以期为邻避项目社会稳定风险研究提供一种新的研究范式。
[Abstract]:In the social order, the new normal state of economy presents the diversification of the risk of social stability.In recent years, in the process of social construction in China, social instability caused by neighboring projects, social disorder and other events have occurred frequently. Circumvention or governance of conflict avoidance is an important issue that needs to be solved in Chinese society.From the angle of economic sociology, based on the theory of social capital, this paper explains the causes of conflict avoidance and the feasibility of its governance. On the basis of in-depth analysis of the core elements such as trust, social network and residents' participation, the paper analyzes the causes of conflict avoidance.In order to provide a new research paradigm for the study of social stability risk of adjacent avoidance projects, this paper probes into the mechanism of conflict avoidance and the ways of governance.
