中国特色社会主义慈善事业发展问题研究

【摘要】：慈善事业是弘扬互助友爱精神的最好途径,也是调节收入分配、润滑社会关系的重要机制,社会主义和谐社会的建设离不开慈善。我国的慈善事业发展已经迈入关键时期,但是由于慈善事业的发展过程中理论建设、制度建设、组织建设等各方面的滞后,中国慈善事业发展面临诸多问题。本文将在科学解读马克思主义慈善理论的前提下结合前人研究成果,透过改革开放以来我国慈善发展现状,发现和分析我国慈善事业存在的主要问题,以马克思主义慈善观为指导,从弘扬传统文化、完善慈善立法、慈善组织建设、理顺民间与政府在慈善事业中的定位和角色等方面,提出了建设中国特色社会主义慈善事业的路径选择。
[Abstract]:Charity is the best way to carry forward the spirit of mutual aid and fraternity. It is also an important mechanism to regulate income distribution and lubricate social relations. The construction of socialist harmonious society can not be separated from charity.The development of charity in China has entered a critical period, but the development of charity in China is faced with many problems due to the lagging behind in theory construction, system construction, organization construction and so on.Based on the scientific interpretation of Marxist philanthropy theory and previous research results, this paper will find and analyze the main problems existing in China's philanthropy through the current situation of charity development since the reform and opening up.Guided by the Marxist view of charity, from the aspects of carrying forward traditional culture, perfecting charity legislation, building charitable organizations, straightening out the position and role of folk and government in charity,Put forward the path choice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics philanthropy.
