新入职公务员组织公民行为特点及与工作满意度的关系

【摘要】：目的:探讨新入职公务员组织公民行为的特点,并考察组织公民行为与工作满意度的关系。方法:采用组织公民行为量表、工作满意度量表对217名省直属机关新入职公务员进行调查。结果:(1)新入职公务员组织公民行为在人口学变量上不存在显著差异。(2)工作满意度的各维度与组织公民行为的组织认同、协助同事和敬业守法三个维度有显著的正相关。(3)管理措施满意度和工作激励满意度可预测认同组织维度,团体合作满意度可预测协助同事维度,工作激励满意度和领导行为满意度可预测敬业守法维度。结论:新入职公务员工作满意度越高,其协助同事、组织认同和敬业守法等组织公民行为也越多。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and job satisfaction.Methods: 217 newly employed civil servants were investigated by organizational Citizenship behavior scale and Job satisfaction scale.Results: (1) there was no significant difference in demographic variables between organizational citizenship behavior of newly employed civil servants and organizational identity of organizational citizenship behavior.There was significant positive correlation among the three dimensions of assisting colleagues and respecting the law. (3) the degree of satisfaction of management measures and job motivation could be predicted to identify with the organizational dimension, and the satisfaction degree of group cooperation could predict the dimension of assisting colleagues.Job motivation satisfaction and leadership behavior satisfaction can predict the dimension of engagement and compliance.Conclusion: the higher the job satisfaction of new civil servants, the more organizational citizenship behavior such as assisting colleagues, organizational identity and respecting the law.
