【摘要】：正2017年9月21日,中国21世纪议程管理中心在北京组织召开"公共安全风险防控与应急技术装备"重点专项启动会,标志着专项2017年度立项的项目由立项阶段正式进入实施阶段。项目负责人和项目承担单位代表、工信部、公安部、住建部、安监总局等有关部门和地方代表参加了启动会。21世纪中心负责人宣布成立专项总体专家组并颁发了聘书,专家组由中心聘任,为项目过程管理提供技术咨询。公共安全总体专家组长范维澄院士就专项设置的背景意义、预期目标、任务布局等进行了详细介绍,并建议项目要从预期成果产出出发做好整体设计、一体化组织实施。中心项目主管详细介绍了专项的管理思路和工作方案,
[Abstract]:On September 21, 2017, the China agenda 21 Management Center organized a special launch meeting on "Public Safety risk Prevention and Emergency Technical equipment" in Beijing.The project that marks the special year 2017 project is formally entered into the implementation stage from the project stage.The project leaders and representatives of the project undertaking units, the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Housing and Construction, the General Administration of Safety Supervision, and other relevant departments and local representatives attended the launching meeting. The responsible person of the Center for the 21st Century announced the establishment of a special general expert group and issued a letter of appointment.The expert Group is appointed by the Centre to provide technical advice on project process management.Academician Fan Weicheng, head of the general expert on public security, introduced in detail the background significance, expected goal and task layout of the special setting, and suggested that the project should be designed as a whole from the expected outcome output and implemented in an integrated organization.The project manager of the center introduced the special management ideas and work plan in detail.
