广安城市发展战略性问题研究

【摘要】：四川省目前积极推进多点多极支撑发展战略,希望通过各州市城市的发展壮大,形成一个首位城市引领,梯队城市支撑的一体化发展格局。但当前城市发展表现出严重的不平衡,各区域主体间城市化进程差异明显,城市总体竞争实力不强。广安是川东北地区的重要城市,随着成渝规划区的形成和成渝城市群发展战略的实施,也面临着内外部环境的变化和城市间的激烈竞争。因此,从长远发展的高度对广安城市发展进行战略谋划,对城市发展战略进行研究就显得尤其重要。本文基于城市的本质特征、城市发展与战略分析的密切联系,从经济学、规划学、地理学等学科入手,对广安城市发展战略进行深入研究。研究内容总共分为五个章节,第一章:主要是对论文研究的背景、意义以及国内外研究现状的分析,以此明确论文研究的起点和方向。第二章:论文的理论部分,对城市发展战略的基础、重点和主要构成进行把握,其中对城市发展战略的内涵、特征和主要内容的分析为后面广安的分析打下了理论基础。第三章:采用历史动态分析法,对广安城市发展中的重大城市发展战略进行动态分析,了解广安城市发展的历史演变特征。第四章:通过SWOT分析法,明确广安城市存在的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,是广安城市发展的现实基础。第五章:论文的核心部分,通过对广安城市发展的现状、问题和影响因素分析,形成对广安城市定位、城市空间形态、城市功能、城市发展理念、产业结构,城乡关系和城际关系等重大城市发展战略的发展取向。本文的研究具有理论和实践上的创新,一方面论文完善了关于城市发展战略内涵和特征的理论体系,形成了从城市定位、城市空间、和城市功能等视角进行城市发展战略分析的范式,为以后的城市问题分析提供了完整的模式和框架。另一方面,论文明确了广安城市发展战略的具体取向,为广安加快建设区域中心城市提供了战略性的理论支撑。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Province is actively promoting the development strategy of multi-point and multi-pole support, hoping to form an integrated development pattern of leading the first city and supporting the echelon city through the development and expansion of the cities of each city. However, the current urban development shows serious imbalance, the urbanization process of different regional subjects is different obviously, and the overall competitive strength of the city is not strong. Guang'an is an important city in northeast Sichuan. With the formation of Chengdu-Chongqing planning area and the implementation of the development strategy of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, it is also facing the change of internal and external environment and the fierce competition between cities. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the urban development strategy of Guangan city from the perspective of long-term development. Based on the essential characteristics of the city and the close relationship between the urban development and the strategic analysis, this paper makes a deep research on the urban development strategy of Guangan from the aspects of economics, planning, geography and so on. The research contents are divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the analysis of the background, significance and the current situation of the research at home and abroad, so as to clarify the starting point and direction of the research. The second chapter: the theoretical part of the paper, the basis, emphasis and main composition of the urban development strategy is grasped, and the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and main content of the urban development strategy lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of Guangan. Chapter three: by using the method of historical dynamic analysis, this paper makes a dynamic analysis of the major urban development strategies in Guang'an City, and understands the historical evolution characteristics of Guang'an City Development. Chapter four: through the SWOT analysis, it is the realistic foundation of Guangan city's development to make clear the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Guangan city. Chapter five: the core part of the thesis, through the analysis of the status quo, problems and influencing factors of Guangan city development, form the city orientation, urban spatial form, urban function, urban development concept, industrial structure, etc. The development orientation of major urban development strategies such as urban-rural relations and inter-city relations. The research in this paper has theoretical and practical innovation. On the one hand, the thesis has perfected the theoretical system of the connotation and characteristics of urban development strategy, and formed the urban positioning, urban space, The paradigm of urban development strategy analysis from the perspective of urban function provides a complete model and framework for the analysis of urban problems in the future. On the other hand, the paper clarifies the specific orientation of Guangan city development strategy, and provides strategic theoretical support for Guangan to speed up the construction of regional central city.
