突发型环境风险到社会风险的转化及治理对策

【摘要】：我国正处于社会转型时期,随着工业化的发展,我国亦进入环境高风险期。突发型环境风险不仅给社会带来重大灾难,随着风险的转化,灾难所引发的群体性事件进一步引发社会风险。文章通过案例与理论分析,对突发型环境危险到社会风险的转化方式与形态、传导机制进行探讨,阐明媒体传播、政府干预、民众受体要素在传导中的作用,以期为防范突发型环境风险进一步转化为社会风险的治理对策提供参考。
[Abstract]:China is in the period of social transformation, with the development of industrialization, China has also entered a period of high environmental risk. The sudden environmental risk not only brings great disaster to the society, but also causes the social risk with the transformation of the risk. Through case and theoretical analysis, this paper discusses the transformation mode and form of sudden environmental hazard to social risk, and expounds the role of media communication, government intervention and the elements of public receptor in the transmission. In order to prevent the unexpected environmental risk to further transform into the management of social risks to provide a reference.
