中国民间社会组织参与国际公共产品供给:一种调研基础上的透视

【摘要】：国际公共产品作为全球化的重要基石和关键组成要素,在当今的世界政治中占据突出的位置。在新型全球治理模式下,中国民间社会组织在数量规模、组织能力和对外影响力各方面进步卓著,通过一些路径参与到国际公共产品的供给中。但囿于各方面制约因素,目前中国民间社会组织在国际公共产品供给领域的话语权暂时落后于国家在世界上的整体影响力。研究中国民间社会组织参与国际公共产品供给的现有路径与主要问题,把握这一领域的新趋势,探索改进方式与未来可行性路径,是发挥民间社会力量参与全球治理的重大举措,同时对于增强中国民间社会组织自身发展能力与提升国家软实力具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:As the important cornerstone and key component of globalization, international public products occupy a prominent position in the current world politics. Under the new model of global governance, Chinese civil society organizations have made outstanding progress in the quantity scale, organizational ability and external influence, and participated in the supply of international public goods through some routes. However, restricted by various factors, the discourse power of Chinese civil society organizations in the field of international public goods supply is now lagging behind the overall influence of the state in the world. The research on the existing ways and main problems of the participation of Chinese civil society organizations in the supply of international public goods, to grasp the new trend in this field, and to explore the ways of improvement And the future feasibility path is a major measure of the participation of civil society forces in global governance, and is of great significance to enhancing the ability of Chinese civil society organizations to develop their own capacity and promoting the national soft power.
