大数据时代利益相关者理论视角下突发事件的研究范式与治理模式

【摘要】：现代社会已全面进入风险社会时代,各方利益主体复杂交错,各类突发事件层出不穷,整体性风险凸显,传统突发事件应急管理模式的理念、体制、机制、方法和技术正面临全方位挑战。然而在这一新背景下,现有突发事件应急管理的研究范式在管理主体、管理对象和方法技术方面存有一定理论缺陷。研究认为,运用利益相关者理论能够弥补传统突发事件的管理模式研究范式的理论缺陷。在此基础上,构建了基于利益相关者的突发事件治理模式的理论模型。
[Abstract]:The modern society has entered the era of risk society in an all-round way, the main body of various interests is complicated and interlaced, all kinds of unexpected events emerge in endlessly, the whole risk is highlighted, the concept, system, mechanism of traditional emergency management mode of emergencies, Methods and techniques are facing a full range of challenges. However, under this new background, the existing research paradigm of emergency management has some theoretical defects in the subject of management, the object of management and the method and technology. It is believed that the application of stakeholder theory can make up for the theoretical defects of the traditional management model of unexpected events. On this basis, the theory model of the emergency governance model based on stakeholders is constructed.
