论如何认识“民族利益”与“民族地区利益”

【摘要】：概览当前我国少数民族利益保障和维护相关研究领域,笔者发现,一些研究者著述中存在易于混淆"民族利益""民族地区利益"的观点。鉴于"民族利益""民族地区利益"等相关问题往往是引发民族矛盾冲突的主要因素,也是国内外敌对势力、民族分裂分子进行蛊惑煽动、制造民族冲突、实施民族分裂的切入点,因此,在切实保障和维护我国少数民族利益的同时,明确认识"民族利益"与"民族地区利益",正确引导社会民众思想认识,具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:This paper gives an overview of the relevant research fields on the protection and maintenance of the interests of ethnic minorities in China. The author finds that some researchers tend to confuse "national interests" and "interests of ethnic regions" in their works. In view of the fact that "national interests" and "interests of ethnic regions" and other related issues are often the main factors causing ethnic conflicts, and are also the hostile forces at home and abroad, ethnic separatists are engaged in demagoguery and incitement, creating ethnic conflicts, Therefore, while ensuring and safeguarding the interests of ethnic minorities in our country, we should clearly understand "national interests" and "interests of ethnic regions", and correctly guide the social masses to realize their ideological understanding. It has very important practical significance.
