基层公务员性格优势、工作压力与职业倦怠的关系研究

【摘要】:积本研究对基层公务员的性格优势、工作压力与职业倦怠的状况进行了调查研究,并探索了三者之间的关系,一方面可以丰富基层公务员性格优势的理论和实证研究,另一方面,还可以通过关注基层公务员性格优势,培养他们的积极的人格特质,从而帮助他们提升心理健康水平。本研究采取随机抽样的方法,从河北省廊坊市安次区所辖的8个乡镇中选取被试,共发放问卷350份,其中筛选出有效问卷295份,以封丹裙和石林编制的公务员工作压力量表、段文杰等人编写性格优势量表(CVQ-96)和李超平在国内修订的职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)为测量工具,研究了基层公务员性格优势、工作压力与职业倦怠三者的现状,并探索了三者之间的关系。通过对问卷的数据进行处理分析,得出以下结论:1、工作压力在年龄、婚姻状况、政治面貌、学历、工作年限上差异均不显著,在性别和职务级别上差异显著。2、性格优势总分在婚姻状况、年龄、学历上差异均不显著,在性别、政治面貌、工作年限上差异显著。3、职业倦怠的三个维度在性别、婚姻状况、政治面貌、年龄人口统计学变量上差异均不显著,情绪衰竭和成就感低落在年龄、工作年限上差异显著,玩世不恭在职务级别上差异显著。4、性格优势和工作压力呈显著负相关,性格优势和职业倦怠呈显著负相关,工作压力和职业倦怠呈显著正相关。5、性格优势对工作压力有预测作用,工作压力对职业倦怠有预测作用,性格优势对职业倦怠有预测作用,工作压力在性格优势和职业倦怠间其部分中介作用。回归分析结果表明,工作压力性格优势和职业倦怠中的玩世不恭、成就感低落之间起了部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates and studies the personality advantage, job pressure and job burnout of the civil servants at the grass-roots level, and explores the relationship between them. On the one hand, it can enrich the theoretical and empirical research on the personality advantage of the civil servants at the grass-roots level. On the other hand, we can help them to improve their mental health by paying attention to their personality advantages and cultivating their positive personality traits. In this study, 350 questionnaires were collected from 8 villages and towns under the jurisdiction of Langfang City, Hebei Province by random sampling. 295 valid questionnaires were selected, and the work stress scale for civil servants was compiled by Feng Dan skirt and Shi Lin. Duan Wenjie et al. developed the personality advantage scale CVQ-96) and Li Chaoping's revised job burnout scale (MBI-GS) as the measurement tools, studied the status quo of the basic civil servants' personality advantage, job pressure and job burnout, and explored the relationship between them. By processing and analyzing the data of the questionnaire, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. There are no significant differences in work pressure in age, marital status, political outlook, educational background and working life. There were significant differences in gender and job level. The total score of personality advantage was not significant in marital status, age, educational background. There were significant differences in sex, political appearance, working life. The three dimensions of job burnout were gender, marital status, There were no significant differences in political appearance, age demographic variables, emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement, significant differences in age, working years, cynicism in job level, and significant negative correlation between personality advantage and job stress. Personality advantage had significant negative correlation with job burnout, and job stress had significant positive correlation with job burnout. Personality advantage could predict job stress, job stress could predict job burnout, personality advantage could predict job burnout. Job stress partly mediates between personality advantage and job burnout. The results of regression analysis showed that the superiority of job stress and job burnout played an intermediary role between cynicism and low sense of achievement.
