从多元走向一体与一体凝聚多元——中华民族共同体建设的理论和战略

【摘要】：百余年来,对于"中华民族"作为民族共同体的讨论和研究,一直是中国学术界争鸣的一个焦点和热点,存在着认同还是不认同的博弈。中华民族究竟是不是一个民族共同体是认同的基本出发点。这其中,认同具有连续性和差异性的特性。连续性所形成的华夏、汉族和中华民族三个认同记忆,作为大趋势的方向性运动,这个认同的大趋势是不可逆转的。而要克服与整合差异性所造成的对中华民族认同记忆的差别,必须制定一体凝聚多元的大战略:一要确认中华民族的"国族"地位;二要中华民族入宪;三要设立中华民族团结大会。中华民族的认同非一日之功可奏效,可能还要经历很长时间,但在中国共产党的领导下,积极推进一体凝聚多元,可以充分发挥中华民族认同的力量。
[Abstract]:For more than one hundred years, the discussion and research on the "Chinese nation" as a national community has always been a focus and hot spot in Chinese academic circles, and there exists a game of identity or disapproval. Whether the Chinese nation is a national community is the basic starting point of identity. Among them, identity has the characteristic of continuity and difference. As the directional movement of the general trend, the three identity memories of China, Han nationality and Chinese nation formed by continuity are irreversible. In order to overcome the difference caused by the difference of identity and memory of the Chinese nation, it is necessary to formulate a grand strategy of unity and pluralism: first, to confirm the status of the Chinese nation as a "nation"; second, to establish the constitution of the Chinese nation; Third, it is necessary to set up the National Solidarity Congress. The recognition of the Chinese nation can work in one day, and it may take a long time to go through, but under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we can actively promote unity and diversity, which can give full play to the strength of the identity of the Chinese nation.
