行政审批改革、交易费用与中国经济增长

【摘要】：中国有繁杂的行政审批却取得了高速增长的经济奇迹,不禁让我们反问放松审批的改革有益于促进经济增长吗?通过对市场准入的博弈分析,我们发现:行政审批改革可以通过减少企业交易费用而促进经济增长。行政审批可以抑制社会成本,对中国经济发展有一定的推动作用;而中国渐进性的审批改革确实可以推动经济增长,其微观机制是减少了企业的交易费用。我们通过2000~2013年地级市数据和2010~2014年中小板上市公司数据实证检验了有关命题,并采用IV、安慰剂检验等方法验证了结论的稳健性。
[Abstract]:China has a complicated administrative examination and approval but has achieved the economic miracle of rapid growth. We can not help but ask whether the reform of relaxing approval is beneficial to promote economic growth. Through the game analysis of market access, we find that the reform of administrative examination and approval can promote economic growth by reducing transaction costs. Administrative examination and approval can restrain the social cost and promote the development of Chinese economy, but the gradual examination and approval reform in China can really promote the economic growth, and its micro mechanism is to reduce the transaction cost of enterprises. Based on the data of prefecture-level cities from 2000 to 2013 and from 2010 to 2014, we empirically tested the propositions, and used IVand placebo test to verify the robustness of the conclusions.
