【摘要】：互联网治理是当下全球热门议题,包括基础设施、网络安全、网络经济和信息治理等众多内容。中国已经成为全球互联网空间的重要力量,在积极主动地参与世界互联网秩序的过程中,我们必须对既有的治理体系有深入了解和反思。来自新加坡南洋理工大学的汪炳华教授于2016年当选国际传播学会的主席,成为新闻传播学顶级学术组织的首位亚洲主席。他的研究专长集中在互联网政策法规和治理,在这个领域积累拥有丰富的经验和研究成果。本次访谈全面系统地探讨了这个领域中的核心概念、历史发展、组织关系、相关争议性话题以及中国在此全球脉络中所面临的机遇和挑战。
[Abstract]:Internet governance is a hot topic in the world, including infrastructure, network security, network economy and information governance. China has become an important force in the global Internet space. In the process of actively participating in the world Internet order, we must have a deep understanding and reflection on the existing governance system. Professor Wang Binghua, from Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore, was elected chairman of the International Communication Society in 2016, becoming the first Asian president of a top academic organization in journalism and communication. His research expertise focuses on Internet policy, regulation and governance, with rich experience and research results in this field. This interview comprehensively and systematically discusses the core concepts, historical development, organizational relationships, related controversial topics and the opportunities and challenges that China faces in this global context.
