宗教界参与定点扶贫要处理好十对关系

【摘要】：3月31日,中共中央政治局召开会议,听取2016年省级党委和政府脱贫攻坚工作成效考核情况汇报,对推进脱贫攻坚工作提出要求。中共中央总书记习近平主持会议。会议强调,脱贫攻坚工作,是我们党的历史使命,是各级党委、政府和各部门一把手的职责。实施党政一把手脱贫攻坚工作责任制、脱贫攻坚期内保持贫困县党政正职稳定、开展东西部扶贫协作和机关定点扶贫、向贫困村派驻第一书记和驻村工作队这样一些行之有效的措施,必须继续坚持,不断提高水平。
[Abstract]:On 31 March, the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee convened a meeting to listen to the report on the assessment of the results of the 2016 work of the provincial party committees and governments to overcome poverty and tackle critical problems, and put forward requirements for pushing forward the work of overcoming poverty and attacking key problems. General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping presided over the meeting. The meeting stressed that overcoming poverty and tackling key problems is our party's historical mission and the responsibility of party committees, governments, and heads of departments at all levels. To implement the responsibility system for the party and government leaders to lift themselves out of poverty and tackle critical problems, to maintain the stability of the party and government posts in the poverty-stricken counties during the period of breaking out poverty and to carry out the coordination between the east and the west and the designated poverty alleviation by the organs. Some effective measures such as dispatching first secretary and village team to poor villages must continue to persist and improve their level.
