【摘要】：正2017年6月7日,国务院总理李克强主持召开国务院常务会议,决定推出新的降费措施,要求兑现全年为企业减负万亿元的承诺;部署新建一批大众创业万众创新示范基地,推动体制机制创新和经济转型升级。会议指出,持续推出减税降费措施,让企业轻装上阵,是推进供给侧结构性改革、培育我国竞争新优势的重要举措。会议确定,在今年已出台4批政策减税降费7180亿元的基础上,从今年7月1日起,一是将建筑领域工程质量保证金预
[Abstract]:On June 7, 2017, Premier Li Keqiang chaired an executive meeting of the State Council, which decided to introduce new measures to reduce fees and demand that the promise of reducing the total burden of enterprises be fulfilled throughout the year; and that a number of new mass entrepreneurship demonstration bases should be set up. Promote institutional mechanism innovation and economic transformation and upgrading. The meeting pointed out that continuing to introduce tax and fee reduction measures to enable enterprises to carry light loads is an important measure to promote supply-side structural reform and foster a new competitive advantage in China. The meeting decided that, on the basis of the four batches of tax cuts and fee reductions of 718 billion yuan that have been issued this year, starting from July 1 this year, the first is to advance the quality guarantee for construction projects.
