PPP模式应用于新城镇化建设中的担保机制研究

【摘要】：基于委托代理理论及互惠偏好理论,对政府为投资方提供具有有效激励效用的担保额度进行了设置。研究表明,政府可以充分利用互惠偏好的灵活性,针对不同合作单位设置有所区别的担保制度,激励投资方在合作中付出高努力,杜绝投机行为的产生。
[Abstract]:Based on the principal-agent theory and reciprocal preference theory, the government provides the guarantee quota with effective incentive effect for investors. The research shows that the government can make full use of the flexibility of reciprocal preference, set up different guarantee system for different cooperation units, encourage investors to make high efforts in cooperation, and put an end to speculative behavior.
