云南省迪庆藏族自治州德钦县藏族妇女地位研究

【摘要】：自中华人民共和国成立以来,中国妇女获得了彻底的解放,妇女的地位发生了根本性的变化,少数民族妇女也摆脱了封建压迫,发挥了社会“半边天”的作用。尤其是改革开放以来,随着少数民族地区经济的快速发展、社会制度的不断优化以及科学技术水平的不断提高,加之国家和社会对少数民族妇女的关注和重视,少数民族妇女的生存状态在很大程度上得到了改善,并在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文以马克思主义妇女解放理论和马克思主义民族平等理论为基础,运用访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析法以及理论研究与实地调查相结合等方法,从马克思主义民族理论的学科角度,对云南省迪庆藏族自治州德钦县(以下简称德钦县)藏族妇女地位的现状问题进行了细致的实地考察和深入的研究,认为当前德钦县藏族妇女在政治、经济、文化、家庭等方面的地位较之新中国成立以前有了非常明显的改善和提高,越来越多的藏族妇女走出家庭,走进社会,并在国家的政治、经济、文化等领域发挥着不可忽视的重要作用。但是由于政策宣传力度不够、经济发展环境不够成熟、自身文化水平较低、婚姻家庭观念落后等主客观因素的影响和制约,致使当前德钦县藏族妇女仍存在着参政议政意识较低、经济参与度不高、受教育程度偏低和婚姻自主性不强等突出问题。为了进一步提高藏族妇女的社会地位,推动德钦县的经济社会发展和当地和谐民族关系的进一步巩固,笔者提出了自己的几点建议：一是构建更加平等的政治环境,提高藏族妇女的政治地位；二是构建更加有利的经济环境,提高藏族妇女的经济参与度；三是构建更加公平的教育环境,提高妇女的受教育水平；四是构建更加和谐的婚姻家庭环境,提高藏族妇女的婚姻家庭自主性。总之,笔者希望通过实施相关政策和措施,全面提升藏族妇女在政治、经济、文化及家庭中的地位,从而更好地发挥她们在社会发展中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, Chinese women have been completely liberated, the status of women has undergone fundamental changes, and ethnic minority women have also cast off feudal oppression and played the role of "half the sky" in society. Especially since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the economy, the continuous optimization of the social system and the continuous improvement of the scientific and technological level, the state and society have paid more attention to the minority women. The living condition of minority women has been improved to a great extent and plays an increasingly important role in social development. Based on the Marxist theory of women's liberation and the Marxist theory of national equality, this paper applies the methods of interview, questionnaire, statistical analysis and combination of theoretical research and field investigation. From the perspective of Marxist national theory, this paper makes a detailed field investigation and in-depth study on the status of Tibetan women in Deqin County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is believed that the current status of Tibetan women in Deqin County in politics, economy, culture, family and so on has been greatly improved and improved compared with before the founding of New China. More and more Tibetan women have stepped out of their families and into society. And in the country's political, economic, cultural and other fields play an important role can not be ignored. However, due to insufficient policy publicity, insufficient economic development environment, low cultural level, backward marriage and family concept, and other subjective and objective factors, As a result, Tibetan women in Deqin County still have some outstanding problems, such as low consciousness of participating in politics, low degree of economic participation, low level of education and weak autonomy of marriage. In order to further improve the social status of Tibetan women and promote the economic and social development of Deqin County and the further consolidation of harmonious local ethnic relations, the author puts forward several suggestions: first, to build a more equal political environment. To improve the political status of Tibetan women; second, to build a more favorable economic environment and increase the degree of economic participation of Tibetan women; third, to build a fairer educational environment and to improve women's educational level; Fourth, build a more harmonious marriage and family environment, improve Tibetan women's autonomy of marriage and family. In a word, the author hopes to improve the status of Tibetan women in politics, economy, culture and family through implementing relevant policies and measures, so that they can play an important role in social development.
