社区社会组织培育体系探讨——基于苏南地区的实地调研

【摘要】：文章在苏南地区实地调研的基础上,探讨社区社会组织培育体系问题。在培育模式环节,目前的"孵化器模式"存在标准化模式难以满足需求、培育师资不足等问题,为此需要丰富培育模式。在培育政策环节,目前存在资金使用限制较多、政策缺乏差异性等问题,为此需要放松资金方面的限制、实施差异性政策等。在培育对象选择环节,目前存在选择标准欠合理、未能根据社区类型考虑培育对象等问题,为此需要制定科学的选择标准、根据社区特点选择培育重点等。在培育方式环节,目前存在缺乏灵活性、持续性等问题,为此需要开设"菜单培育"、实施"终身培育"等。
[Abstract]:On the basis of field investigation in South of Jiangsu, this paper discusses the problem of community social organization cultivation system. In the link of cultivation mode, the existing "incubator model" is difficult to meet the needs and cultivate the shortage of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich the cultivation model. In the process of cultivating policy, there are many restrictions on the use of funds. The policy is lack of difference and so on, so it is necessary to relax the limitation of funds and implement the difference policy. In the selection link of the cultivation object, there is a lack of reasonable selection criteria and the failure to consider the cultivation object according to the type of community. Therefore, the scientific selection criteria must be formulated and the cultivation emphasis should be selected according to the characteristics of the community. There are some problems such as lack of flexibility and continuity. Therefore, it is necessary to establish "menu cultivation" and implement "lifelong education".
