我国政府应对突发环境事件问题研究

【摘要】：由于各类突发事件给人类的生态文明以及经济社会等各个方面的发展产生了较大影响,因此,对于这类事件,我们应该如何应对才能减少其对社会与环境带来的巨大危害,这已经成为了人们最为关注的问题之一。由于我国的国民经济正处于高速发展时期,各项活动日益增多,而工农业的快速发展导致突发环境事件的发生频率不断上升。因此,作为政府必须担负起预防其发生的责任,同时加强其对这类问题的处理能力。要想使我国的改革与现代化建设能够顺利的进行,社会的稳定与生态的平衡是必须的,同时对于经济环境的健康稳定持续发展也有着不可忽视的重要作用。本文分为六个部分:第一部分为绪论部分,主要阐述了研究的背景和意义,以及国内外对该课题的研究近况以及其研究这类问题的方法;第二部分是理论概述、概念等;第三部分主要分析了我国在处理该类事件的发生过程中的成绩以及存在的问题;第四部分是原因分析;第五部分措施和建议;第六部分结论部分。
[Abstract]:Since all kinds of unexpected events have had a great impact on the development of human ecological civilization and economic society, how should we deal with such incidents in order to reduce the great harm to the society and the environment? This has become one of the most concerned issues. Because the national economy of our country is in the period of high speed development, all kinds of activities are increasing day by day, and the rapid development of industry and agriculture leads to the frequency of sudden environmental events rising constantly. Therefore, as governments must shoulder their responsibility to prevent their occurrence, while strengthening their capacity to deal with such issues. In order to make the reform and modernization of our country go on smoothly, the balance between social stability and ecology is necessary. At the same time, it plays an important role in the healthy, stable and sustainable development of economic environment. This article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction part, mainly elaborated the research background and the significance, as well as the domestic and foreign to this topic research present situation as well as its research method of this kind of question, the second part is the theory outline, the concept and so on; The third part mainly analyzes the achievements and problems in the process of dealing with this kind of incidents; the fourth part is the cause analysis; the fifth part measures and suggestions; the sixth part of the conclusion.
