慈济基金会的组织凝聚力研究

【摘要】：中国作为拥有悠久文明历史的古国之一,慈善对于社会大众来讲并不陌生,且其思想对炎黄子孙的影响源远流长。在现代社会中,慈善早已被规模化、社会化、组织化。慈善的力量是社会保障的隐形推手,在互联网的时代,社会、经济面临转型的关键时期,我国同样面临着政治转型,且转型结果必然受社会和市场转型的影响,政府平台也正在倡导公共服务平台的搭建以期实现转型的目标。同时,高速发展的经济也带来了国民收入的不均衡,然而这种差距化构成了公益慈善组织发展的重要经济基础。二十一世纪以来众多公益组织逐步步入公众的视野,例如壹基金、李嘉诚基金会、中国扶贫基金会、宋庆龄基金会、中国残疾人福利基金会、中国儿童少年基金会等涉及面之广泛可以想见。公益组织如雨后春笋般不断发展壮大起来,在众多公益慈善组织中,宗教类慈善公益组织受其性质以及宗旨等方面的影响,并未受到广泛关注,但是它却拥有不可忽视的作用。慈济基金会发源于台湾,目前是华人佛教界影响最大慈善公益组织之一,全球有数百万的志愿者。慈济开创了“四大志业、八大脚印”志业,并发展出稳定而系统的志愿者培训及监督模式。慈济慈善基金会具有其自身的独特性、影响性、典型性。目前我国多数的公益慈善组织大多处于成长阶段,其官办性质具有一定的局限性。我国目前对于慈善公益组织的研究在宏观上关注组织的合法性,民间组织与国家的互动,微观上关注组织运作的具体问题。本人将慈善公益定位于以公众利益、利他为核心价值,以志愿者为主要参与者,服务范围包括济贫、赈灾、教育等领域的民间慈善公益组织进行分析。本文以慈济慈善基金会为个案研究,首先在公益慈善组织与凝聚力的关系,探索了佛教背景的民间慈善公益组织的特点及运作,以期对中国慈善公益事业的发展起到指导和借鉴作用,为慈善公益事业政策的决策者、研究者和践行者提供有价值的案例和研究;其次,在应用上,对慈济基金会的凝聚力进行了调查和分析,在初步分析了组织凝聚力测量维度的基础上,对慈济基金会凝聚力进行评价。同时本研究对一般公益组织加强组织凝聚力起到了一定的启示作用。本研究以参与式观察、访谈及大量文献研究、调查问卷为主要研究方法,通过参与相关人士的访谈,理解慈济的运行方式、组织结构、志愿者招募、资金募集、公益活动等特点,并力图通过对慈济个案的研究,发掘其发展的独特之处以期能从中吸取慈济模式对当下慈善团体的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As one of the ancient countries with a long history of civilization, charity is not strange to the public, and its influence has a long history. In modern society, charity has long been scale, socialized and organized. The power of charity is a hidden hand of social security. In the age of the Internet, the society and economy are facing the transition. In the critical period, China is also faced with political transformation, and the result of the transformation is bound to be influenced by social and market transformation. The government platform is also advocating the construction of public service platform to achieve the goal of transformation. At the same time, the rapid development of the economy also brings disequilibrium of national income. However, this gap constitutes a public charity. Since twenty-first Century, many public welfare organizations have stepped into the public view, such as the one fund, the Li Jiacheng foundation, the China Poverty Alleviation foundation, the Song Qingling foundation, the China Welfare Foundation for the disabled, the China children and youth foundation, and so on. The public welfare organizations have sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain In many public charity organizations, religious charitable organizations have not been widely concerned by their nature and purpose, but they have no negligible effect. The Tzu Chi Foundation, which originates in Taiwan, is one of the biggest charitable organizations in the Chinese Buddhist community and has hundreds of people around the world. Ten thousand volunteers. Tzu Chi pioneered the "four great ambition and eight footprints", and developed a stable and systematic model of volunteer training and supervision. Tzu Chi charitable foundation has its own uniqueness, influence and typicality. Most of the public charity organizations in our country are mostly in the stage of growth, and their official nature has certain limitations. At present, the study of charitable organizations in our country pays close attention to the legitimacy of the organization, the interaction between the civil organizations and the state, and the specific problems of the organization and operation on the microcosmic basis. I place the charitable public interest in the public interest, the core value of altruism, the volunteers as the main participants, and the service scope including the poor, disaster relief and education. This paper, taking the charitable charity foundation of Tzu Chi as a case study, first explores the characteristics and operation of the folk charity organizations of the Buddhist background in the relationship between charitable charity organizations and cohesion, in order to provide guidance and reference for the development of charitable public welfare in China and for charity and public welfare. The policy makers, researchers and practitioners provide valuable cases and studies. Secondly, on the application, the cohesion of Tzu Chi Foundation is investigated and analyzed, and the cohesion of Tzu Chi Foundation is evaluated on the basis of the preliminary analysis of the dimension of organizational cohesion measurement. Meanwhile, this study strengthens the organization of general public welfare organizations. This study takes participatory observation, interview and a large number of literature research, questionnaire as the main research method, through interviews with relevant people, understanding Tzu Chi's operation mode, organization structure, volunteer recruitment, fund raising, public interest activities and so on, and map through the study of Tzu Chi cases. Dig out its unique development in order to draw lessons from the Tzu Chi model for today's charities.
