从社会管理到社会治理：知识流动及主题演变的计量分析

【摘要】：我国改革开放以来,社会、经济、政治、科技、文化等各方面都取得了突飞猛进的发展,社会结构发生重大变化,社会关系日益复杂。在取得举世瞩目成就的同时,也产生了一系列社会矛盾和问题,这些都为我国新时期社会管理创新提出了挑战。如何构建与当今社会发展相适应的新的社会管理体系、探索新型社会管理模式,成为我国学术界关注的热点话题。因而,从社会管理转向社会治理是当前发展的迫切要求,同时也是我国社会主义现代化建设发展的大趋势。如今,随着知识经济时代的到来,我国学术研究的不同主体对于该领域知识的需求量日益增加,知识流动在人们获取、吸收、创新知识的交往和实践中活力凸显。知识流动作为动态发展的过程给社会管理向社会治理的转变研究带来一种新的理论视角。本项研究以CNKI数据库作为数据来源,从社会管理和社会治理研究文献成果入手,运用科学计量学方法,借助Bibexcel和CiteSpace相关功能,对检索到的文献进行量化研究。从数据中探寻社会管理以及社会治理文献的基本要素、热点、前沿的内在变化规律,从而透视这一领域的知识流动及其主题演变过程。通过本文的计量分析研究,以期为相关研究人员把握社会管理转变的动向提供量化参考,为我国社会管理、社会治理的相关政策制定和实践提供有价值的客观信息。研究结果表明:社会管理、社会治理的文献量表征了该领域知识流动发展状况,两者文献量呈山峰低谷交错态势;从社会管理到社会治理,知识流动始终朝着积极向上、蓬勃发展的方向迈进,主题的流动状况与时俱进,随世事变迁;从社会管理到社会治理,知识流动的内容日趋多元,且与我国的国家政治倡导有着正相关关系;从社会管理到社会治理,知识流动呈现聚焦和动态演变两种主要趋势。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, social, economic, political, scientific and technological, cultural and other aspects have made rapid development, social structure has undergone major changes, social relations are increasingly complex. At the same time, a series of social contradictions and problems have emerged, which have challenged the innovation of social management in the new period of our country. How to construct a new social management system suitable for the social development and explore a new social management model has become a hot topic in the academic circles of our country. Therefore, the shift from social management to social governance is an urgent requirement of current development, and also a major trend of the development of socialist modernization in China. Nowadays, with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the demand for knowledge in this field is increasing day by different subjects of academic research in our country, and the vitality of knowledge flow in the communication and practice of acquiring, absorbing and innovating knowledge is highlighted. As a dynamic development process, knowledge flow brings a new theoretical perspective to the transformation of social management to social governance. This research takes CNKI database as the data source, from the social management and the social governance research literature achievement, uses the scientific metrology method, uses the Bibexcel and the CiteSpace correlation function, carries on the quantitative research to the retrieval literature. This paper probes into the basic elements, hot spots and internal changing laws of the social management and the literature on social governance from the data, so as to see through the flow of knowledge in this field and the evolution process of the subject. Through the quantitative analysis and research in this paper, the author hopes to provide quantitative reference for the relative researchers to grasp the trend of social management transformation, and provide valuable objective information for the relevant policy making and practice of social management and social governance in our country. The results show that: the literature volume of social management and social governance represents the development of knowledge flow in this field, and the literature volume of both shows a trend of peak and low staggered; from social management to social governance, knowledge flow is always positive. In the direction of vigorous development, the flowing status of the subject keeps pace with the times and changes with the world; from social management to social governance, the content of knowledge flow is becoming more and more diverse, and there is a positive correlation with the national political advocacy of our country. From social management to social governance, knowledge flow presents two main trends: focus and dynamic evolution.
