层递交往:民族团结的微观逻辑

【摘要】：深度交往是民族团结的基本机制,这一机制是通过制度、组织、习俗、规范把民族成员之间的深度交往互动固化,建构民间组织、全覆盖的礼俗网络、共享价值观和节律性集体行动塑造的。由深层交往建构的民族团结,需要经过分层互动、逐层递进的层递交往过程实现。通过层递交往实现民族团结,政策思路上要从"社会的问题政府解决"转到"社会的问题社会力量解决",更多地支持社会行动。
[Abstract]:Deep communication is the basic mechanism of national unity. This mechanism is to solidify the deep interaction among ethnic members through institutions, organizations, customs and norms, and to construct a network of civil organizations and customs that cover all ethnic groups. Shared values and rhythmic collective action are shaped. The national unity constructed by deep communication needs to be realized through stratified interaction and progressive communication. In order to realize national unity through hierarchical communication, the policy thinking should be shifted from "solving social problems" to "solving social problems by social forces" and supporting more social actions.
