瑞安市青年网络志愿服务问题研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国志愿服务活动的大力开展,越来越多的人认识到志愿服务工作在建设公民社会、和谐社会的重要性并积极投身各类志愿服务活动,有效地促进了人类文明的进步和社会的和谐稳定。新形势下,随着互联网技术的普及,作为网络志愿服务活动主体的青年,如何有效开展网络志愿服务,成了摆在我们面前的一个重要研究课题。一直以来,瑞安市将青年志愿服务工作作为服务大局、服务青年的重要品牌。并经过多年的经营和发展,瑞安的青年志愿者工作取得了蓬勃的发展,志愿服务活动数量和规模均大幅提高。同时,随着互联网不断渗入日常生活,瑞安市为寻求工作突破,逐渐将青年志愿服务工作的重点和工作方式转向互联网并取得了一定的成效,但随着青年网络志愿服务发展的不断深入,也产生了网络志愿者专业性不够、身份确认困难,网络准入机制、激励保障机制不健全以及志愿服务项目流于形式等一系列问题,而这些问题成为了阻碍青年志愿服务事业发展的瓶颈。本文意在从瑞安市青年网络志愿服务发展出发,对上述问题进行思考和探索。文章由六部分组成:第一部分为导论,主要介绍选题意义,主要研究方法及以往研究综述;第二部分主要探讨相关概念界定和理论阐述;第三部分主要探讨瑞安市青年网络志愿服务的基本状况;第四部分主要探讨制约瑞安市青年网络志愿服务的主要原因;第五部分介绍国内外青年网络志愿服务成功做法;第六部分探讨推进青年网络志愿服务的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the vigorous development of volunteerism in our country, more and more people realize the importance of volunteerism in building civil society and harmonious society, and actively participate in all kinds of volunteerism. Effectively promoted the progress of human civilization and social harmony and stability. Under the new situation, with the popularization of Internet technology, how to carry out online volunteer service effectively has become an important research topic in front of us. Ruian City has been serving youth volunteer service as an important brand to serve young people. After years of management and development, Ryan's youth volunteer work has made vigorous development, the number and scale of voluntary service activities have increased significantly. At the same time, as the Internet continues to infiltrate into daily life, in order to seek a breakthrough in work, Ruian City has gradually shifted the focus and work style of youth volunteer service to the Internet and achieved certain results. However, with the deepening of the development of online volunteer service, there are a series of problems, such as the lack of professional nature of network volunteers, the difficulty of identity confirmation, the network access mechanism, the imperfect incentive and security mechanism, and the formality of volunteer service projects, and so on. These problems have become the bottleneck of the development of youth voluntary service. The purpose of this paper is to think and explore the above problems from the development of youth network voluntary service in Ruian City. The article is composed of six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the significance of the topic, the main research methods and previous research review, the second part mainly discusses the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical elaboration; The third part mainly discusses the basic situation of youth online volunteerism in Ruian city, the fourth part mainly discusses the main reasons of restricting the youth network volunteer service in Ruian city, the fifth part introduces the successful practice of youth network volunteer service at home and abroad. The sixth part discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the youth network volunteerism.
