用好风气根治机关内耗

【摘要】:机关内耗会使内部的环境恶化,人际关系紧张复杂,运行成本不断攀高,机关目标难以达成。消除机关内耗,要建立明确科学的机制,使机关成员中的每个人既能职能权责分明,又能分工协作;要根据工作需要安排人员,清除热衷于内耗的害群之马;要营造团结向上的机关文化,形成干事创业的良好氛围。
[Abstract]:Internal friction will make the internal environment deteriorate, the interpersonal relationship is tense and complex, the running cost is rising constantly, and the target of the organization is difficult to achieve. To eliminate internal friction in the organs, we should establish a clear and scientific mechanism so that each member of the organ can not only have clear functions and responsibilities, but also be able to work in a division of labor, and should arrange personnel according to the needs of the work, so as to clear up the black sheep who are keen on internal friction; To create a unity and upward organizational culture, the formation of a good atmosphere of entrepreneurial officers.
