[Abstract]:First, the theory of self-efficacy introduces (1) the connotation of self-efficacy the concept of self-efficacy was founded by Albert Bandura, a famous American psychologist, in the 1970s. Bandura believes that people's judgment of their ability plays a major role in their self-regulation system, and thus puts forward the concept of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy refers to the ability to engage in a certain behavior and achieve the expected results in a particular situation.
