城市边缘区社会环境问题与优化途径研究——基于社会治理创新视角

【摘要】：城市边缘区是城市发展过程中必然伴随的产物,一个城市的现代化水平和成熟程度,不仅取决于城市中心区的飞速发展,而且在相当大程度上取决于城市边缘区的发展水平,可以说城市边缘区的发展程度从某种意义上体现一个城市的发展程度。我国城市化进程中城市边缘区社会环境存在诸多问题,无论是在生活环境、社会治安还是公共物品的供给方面都存在诸多矛盾,而这些矛盾产生的背后都与大量涌入的人口和快速的城镇化进程密切相关。在提升社会环境的过程中,通过社会治理创新来改善现状是重要的思路。改变过去单一的、运动式的政府管理模式,动员社会多方力量,形成社会治理的多元化、多样化、网络化是必然趋势。
[Abstract]:Urban fringe area is an inevitable outcome in the process of urban development. The level of modernization and maturity of a city depends not only on the rapid development of urban central district, but also on the development level of urban fringe area to a large extent. It can be said that the development of the urban fringe reflects the development of a city in a sense. In the process of urbanization in China, there are many problems in the social environment of the urban fringe area, whether in the living environment, social security or the supply of public goods. These contradictions are closely related to the influx of population and rapid urbanization. In the process of improving the social environment, it is an important way to improve the present situation through the innovation of social governance. It is an inevitable trend to change the single, moving-style government management mode in the past, mobilize various social forces, and form the diversification, diversification and networking of social governance.
