全国一体化国家大数据中心体系研究

【摘要】：持续深化电子政务应用,着力解决信息碎片化、应用条块化、服务割裂化等问题,以信息化推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,形成"全国覆盖、物理分散、逻辑集中、统筹调动、资源共享、深度应用"的国家大数据中心体系,是适应社会治理模式转变,发挥互联网在国家管理和社会治理中作用的必然选择。初步探讨了全国一体化国家大数据中心体系架构模式,即以政府统筹构建的数据中心、数据共享交换平台、数据开放平台为核心,形成三个平台体系——数据中心与云计算平台、全国政务信息资源共享交换平台、大数据资源服务平台。
[Abstract]:We will continue to deepen the application of e-government, focus on solving the problems of fragmentation of information, fragmentation of applications, fragmentation of services, and so on, so as to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity with information technology, thus forming "nationwide coverage, physical dispersion, and logical concentration," The central system of national big data, which includes overall mobilization, resource sharing and deep application, is an inevitable choice to adapt to the transformation of social governance mode and to play the role of Internet in state management and social governance. This paper preliminarily discusses the national integrated national big data center architecture model, that is, the data center, the data sharing exchange platform and the data open platform, which are constructed by the government as a whole. Forming three platform systems-data center and cloud computing platform, national government information resource sharing exchange platform, big data resource service platform.
