论后发国家政府绩效与政治合法性的相关性

【摘要】：在后发国家的政治发展进程中,显现出不同政体下政府绩效与政治合法性之间关系模式的多样化。东欧、东南亚等国的政治进程表明:良好的政府绩效是政权政治合法性的基础,有利于民主或威权政体的稳固。智利、韩国等20世纪60年代以来在经济繁荣基础上发生政治转型,以及印度等贫穷"民主"国家的长期存续,是政府绩效助益或削弱政体政治合法性的不同案例。后发国家政府绩效体现在经济绩效、社会分配、民众心理预期等方面,对政权的政治合法性有重要影响,也因此引发一些国家政权的合法性危机和发展困境。
[Abstract]:In the process of political development in the developing countries, the relationship between government performance and political legitimacy under different regimes is diversified. The political process in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia shows that good government performance is the basis of political legitimacy and is conducive to the stability of democracy or authoritarianism. Political transitions based on economic prosperity since the 1960s in Chile and South Korea, and the persistence of poor "democratic" countries such as India, are different cases where government performance contributes to or weakens the legitimacy of the polity. The government performance of the latecomer country is reflected in the aspects of economic performance, social distribution, people's psychological expectation and so on, which has an important influence on the political legitimacy of the regime, and thus leads to the legitimacy crisis and the development dilemma of some national regimes.
