网上信访系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：我国现在的网上信访情况是,国家有投诉受理中心,各省、市、自治区也设立自己的网上信访受理平台,各地级市和县区也大都设立了网上信访平台。作者通过对国内和国外网上信访系统的调查、分析和研究,提出了一整套新的网上信访系统的设计与实现方案,构建全国统一的网上信访平台。文中全面阐述了网上信访系统的国内外现状、信访工作业务的需求、信访系统的总体设计、详细设计、系统测试等方面的内容,重点阐述了网上信访系统的详细设计和实现方法。在系统详细设计方面作者根据需求分析设计了用户操作界面、业务流程图,并为功能实现设计了存储过程和游标,提高了系统的性能和运行效率。在系统测试过程中编写了完整的测试用例,保证了系统各项功能顺利实现。目前系统测试已经完成,将为我国信访制度改革提供依据。
[Abstract]:In our country, there are complaints and admissibility centers on the Internet, and all provinces, cities and autonomous regions have set up their own online petition and admissibility platform, and most of the local and county districts also set up the online petition platform. Through the investigation, analysis and Research on the online letters and visits system at home and abroad, the author puts forward a set of new online letters and visits. The system is designed and implemented, and the national unified online petition platform is set up. The article comprehensively expounds the status of the online letter and visit system at home and abroad, the demand of the letter and visit work business, the overall design of the letter and visit system, the detailed design, the system testing and so on, and expounds the detailed design and implementation methods of the online letter and visit system. In detail, the author designs the user operation interface and the business flow chart according to the requirement analysis, and designs the stored procedure and cursor for the function realization, and improves the performance and efficiency of the system. The complete test case is written in the process of system testing, which ensures the smooth realization of the system functions. The system testing has finished at present. It will provide a basis for the reform of the system of letter and visit in China.
