无锡市社会组织参与中国传统文化传承与发展的研究

【摘要】：一个国家的兴盛,一个民族的繁荣总是以文化的持续发展为支撑的。传统文化是当代中国社会发展过程中不可缺少的重要部分,只有保护好传统文化,挖掘好传统文化,传承好传统文化,将中华民族在历史长河中遗留下的精神财富充分利用,我们才能屹立于国际舞台,我们才能持续着民族自信。传统文化是民族之魂,意味着我们必须坚持走社会主义发展道路,必须坚持弘扬社会主义先进文化,必须充分挖掘传统文化的精神内涵,必须将传统文化的精髓与社会主义建设相匹配。传统文化的传承与发展对现阶段中国社会文化建设具有重要的意义,它能够不断丰富人民的娱乐活动,不断提高人民的精神素养,不断改善人民的生活质量,不断提升人民的价值追求,不断团结人民的群众力量,为坚持发展社会主义先进文化和建设社会主义文化强国做出积极的贡献。如今,越来越多的社会组织开始加入到促进传统文化传承与发展的队伍中,致力于提升我国的文化自信和文化底蕴。近年来,无锡市的社会组织也开始参与到中国传统文化的传承与发展。通过运用参与观察和结构访谈等研究方法,在社会资本理论的分析指导下,阐述了无锡当地的具有代表性的社会组织参与传统文化传承与发展的概况。对行知志愿团、寄畅传统文化活动中心、三蠡会馆等多家社会组织进行了研究和探讨,对其在传统文化教育方面、传统文化保护方面、传统文化活动方面取得的成绩进行了提炼和总结。其中,无锡市社会组织在对传统文化相关活动的策划、本地非物质文化遗产的保护以及传统文化知识普及等方面做出了巨大的贡献和帮助。同时,无锡市社会组织在参与传统文化传承与发展的过程中存在着一系列的问题和困境:社会组织参与传统文化精神传承的力度不够、社会组织对地域特色文化的规制和保护不够、普通受众群体的理解能力缺乏、社会组织成员的专业化程度有待提高、社会组织可利用的合理资源难以共享。论文总结了目前所面临的现实困境的成因:对社会组织参与精神传承的政策导引不够、社会组织参与地方文化弘扬和保护的制度不健全、社会公众传统文化教育普及程度低、社会组织选人用人机制有待完善、社会组织参与传统文化传承的公共经费缺乏。论文提出了社会组织如何更好地参与传统文化传承与发展的对策建议:加强社会组织参与传统文化精神传承的政策导引、健全社会组织参与地方文化弘扬和保护的体制机制、增强社会公众的传统文化的基本文化素养、完善社会组织自身的选人用人机制、加大公共经费投入推进传统文化资源共享。传统文化的传承与发展具有一定的历史意义和现实困境,社会组织应该发挥承前启后的积极作用。
[Abstract]:The prosperity of a country and the prosperity of a nation are always supported by the sustained development of culture. Traditional culture is an indispensable part of the development of contemporary Chinese society. Only by protecting traditional culture, excavating it, inheriting and inheriting it, we can make full use of the spiritual wealth left over by the Chinese nation in the long history. Only when we stand on the international stage can we maintain our national confidence. The traditional culture is the soul of the nation, which means that we must adhere to the road of socialist development, persist in carrying forward the advanced socialist culture, and fully tap the spiritual connotation of the traditional culture. The essence of traditional culture must be matched with socialist construction. The inheritance and development of traditional culture is of great significance to the construction of Chinese social culture at the present stage. It can continuously enrich the entertainment activities of the people, constantly improve the people's spiritual literacy, and constantly improve the quality of life of the people. We should constantly promote the value pursuit of the people, unite the masses of the people, and make positive contributions to the development of advanced socialist culture and the building of a socialist cultural power. Nowadays, more and more social organizations begin to join the ranks to promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture. In recent years, Wuxi social organizations also began to participate in the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture. Under the guidance of the theory of social capital, this paper expounds the general situation of the representative social organizations in Wuxi participating in the inheritance and development of traditional culture by using the methods of participation observation and structural interview, and under the guidance of the theory of social capital. Several social organizations, such as travel knowledge volunteer group, traditional cultural activity center, Sanli guild hall, etc., have been studied and discussed. In terms of traditional culture education and protection of traditional culture, The achievements in traditional cultural activities were refined and summarized. Among them, Wuxi social organization has made great contribution and help in the planning of activities related to traditional culture, the protection of local intangible cultural heritage and the popularization of traditional cultural knowledge. At the same time, there are a series of problems and difficulties in the process of social organization participating in the inheritance and development of traditional culture in Wuxi. The regulation and protection of regional characteristic culture by social organization is not enough, the understanding ability of ordinary audience group is lacking, the specialization degree of social organization members needs to be improved, and the reasonable resources that social organization can use are difficult to share. The paper summarizes the causes of the current predicament: the lack of policy guidance to social organizations to participate in the spiritual inheritance, social organizations to participate in the promotion and protection of local culture system is not perfect, the degree of popularization of traditional culture and education of the public is low. The mechanism of selecting and employing people in social organizations needs to be perfected, and the public funds for social organizations to participate in the inheritance of traditional culture are lacking. The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to better participate in the inheritance and development of traditional culture: strengthening the policy guidance of social organizations to participate in the inheritance of traditional culture spirit, perfecting the institutional mechanism of social organizations participating in the promotion and protection of local culture. Strengthen the basic cultural literacy of the traditional culture of the social public, perfect the mechanism of selecting and employing people in the social organization itself, and increase the public funds to promote the sharing of the traditional cultural resources. The inheritance and development of traditional culture have certain historical significance and realistic predicament, so social organizations should play an active role in connecting the past with the future.
