产业关联、制度环境与区域产业演化

【摘要】：文章从区域产业演化的视角出发,探讨了产业关联以及制度环境对区域产业演化的影响。通过对1998—2013年中国337个地级单元和167个三位数制造业的实证研究发现,区域产业演化受到产业关联的显著影响,倾向于朝着与区域已有产业存在紧密联系的方向进行多样化发展。同时,对外开放度、市场自由化水平和政府干预程度三项区域制度变量作为重要的外部力量,会影响甚至改变区域产业演化的路径和方向。对外开放度高、市场自由化水平强、政府干预力度大的区域更有利于提高新产业进入和降低已有产业退出的可能性。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the evolution of regional industry, this paper discusses the influence of industrial association and institutional environment on the evolution of regional industry. An empirical study of 337 prefecture-level units and 167 three-digit manufacturing industries in China from 1998 to 2013 shows that the evolution of regional industries is significantly affected by industrial linkages. It tends to diversify in the direction of close relationship with the existing industries in the region. At the same time, three regional institutional variables, the degree of opening up, the level of market liberalization and the degree of government intervention, as important external forces, will influence and even change the path and direction of the evolution of regional industries. Regions with a high degree of opening to the outside world, a strong level of market liberalization and strong government intervention are more conducive to improving the entry of new industries and reducing the possibility of withdrawal of existing industries.
