和田地区离退休干部管理问题研究

【摘要】:离退休干部是中国特殊历史条件下形成的特殊群体,是党和国家的宝贵财富。做好老干部工作意义重大,这既是尊老敬老美德的延续和升华,也是党的组织工作的重要组成部分。做好这项工作,有利于促进精神文明建设,有利于体现社会主义优越性,有利于社会主义现代化建设和社会稳定。本论文以和田地区老干部管理为研究对象,从离退休干部管理现状入手,分析目前在老干部管理中存在的问题,针对不足之处分析原因,提出完善对策。论文主要分为六部分:第一部分是绪论,主要说明本文选题背景、意义、研究方法和可能的创新点。第二部分是基本概念和理论阐述,阐明了离退休制度和离退休干部的概念和相关理论知识。第三部分阐述和田地区在离退休干部政治待遇落实、生活待遇落实和发挥离退休干部方面的现状。第四部分从落实政治待遇、生活待遇和发挥作用三方面分析存在的问题。第五部分分析产生以上问题的原因。第六部分针对存在的问题提出完善建议。本文以和田地区离退休干部管理为具体研究对象,具有较强的针对性,对离退休干部管理中的不足之处进行剖析,提出完善方法,有利于促进和田地区离退休干部服务管理问题的认识。
[Abstract]:Retired cadres are a special group formed under the special historical conditions of China and a precious wealth of the Party and the country. It is of great significance to do well the work of old cadres, which is not only the continuation and sublimation of respecting the old and respecting the old, but also an important part of the Party's organizational work. Doing this work well is conducive to promoting the building of spiritual civilization, embodying the superiority of socialism, and contributing to socialist modernization and social stability. This paper takes the management of veteran cadres in Hotan area as the research object, starting with the current situation of the management of retired cadres, analyzes the existing problems in the management of veteran cadres at present, analyzes the reasons for the deficiencies, and puts forward the perfect countermeasures. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the background, significance, research methods and possible innovation of this paper. The second part is the basic concept and the theory elaboration, elaborated the retirement system and the retired cadre's concept and the related theory knowledge. The third part expounds the current situation of political treatment, living treatment and exertion of retired cadres in Hotan area. The fourth part analyzes the existing problems from three aspects: political treatment, living treatment and exertion. The fifth part analyzes the causes of the above problems. The sixth part puts forward some suggestions to improve the existing problems. This article takes the management of retired cadres in Hotan area as the concrete research object, has the strong pertinence, carries on the analysis to the retired cadre management insufficiency, proposes the consummation method, It is helpful to promote the understanding of service management of retired cadres in Hotan area.
