环境邻避风险:理论内涵、动力机制与治理路径

【摘要】：正邻避风险是当前社会治理的热点与难点。现有文献对邻避风险的相关研究做过初步归纳和总结,但未见关于邻避设施风险更为系统的研究梳理。本文从环境设施邻避风险的产生根源、风险类型、风险演变动力、风险治理路径等方面对国外研究文献进行梳理,初步构建环境邻避风险分析框架,为邻避风险的深入研究提供理论借鉴。
[Abstract]:Avoiding risks is the hot and difficult point of current social governance. The existing literature has made a preliminary summary of the related studies of adjacent avoidance risk, but there is no more systematic research on the risk of adjacent avoidance facilities. In this paper, the origin of environmental facilities risk avoidance, risk types, risk evolution dynamics, risk governance path and other aspects of foreign research literature are combed, and the preliminary construction of environmental adjacent risk avoidance analysis framework, It provides a theoretical reference for the further study of risk avoidance.
