新常态下我国社会治理协同创新研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济发展进入新常态,社会管理也面临着一系列的新情况新问题,以最大化人民的根本利益、构建多元化多中心的治理主体及采用多种治理手段和治理方式为主要方向推进社会治理协同创新,已成为新常态下我国社会管理的必然要求。目前制约我国社会治理协同创新的因素主要有理念上的滞后、治理方式和结构的不完善及利益分配机制的不健全等。应从创新理念、完善协同创新机制及加强公民与社区的自治等方面来推动我国社会治理的协同创新。
[Abstract]:As China's economic development enters the new normal, social management is also facing a series of new situations and new problems in order to maximize the fundamental interests of the people. It has become an inevitable requirement for China's social management under the new normal condition to construct a pluralistic multi-center governance subject and to adopt a variety of governance means and modes of governance as the main direction to promote the coordinated innovation of social governance. At present, the main factors restricting the cooperative innovation of social governance in China are the lag of concept, the imperfection of governance mode and structure, and the imperfection of benefit distribution mechanism, etc. We should promote the cooperative innovation of social governance in our country from the aspects of innovation idea, perfecting cooperative innovation mechanism and strengthening the autonomy of citizens and communities.
