全面建成小康社会语境下景颇族跨越发展研究

【摘要】：景颇族是云南9个"直过民族"之一。自建国以来,在社会各界的共同努力下,实现了社会形态变迁、生产方式演进和经济结构调整三次跨越发展,极大地促进了景颇族聚居区经济社会的进步,但目前仍然面临着贫困程度深、贫困面大;基础设施建设落后;经济结构不够合理;素质型贫困问题突出;农村党的基层组织建设薄弱;村级集体经济组织实力不强;社会建设不够,治理水平不高,毒品、艾滋病问题突出等诸多矛盾和困难,只有坚持政策扶贫与产业扶贫相结合,既输血又造血;加强社会建设,改善民生状况;加强党的基层组织建设,发挥农村集体经济作用,才能助推景颇族第四次跨越发展,和全省全国人民一起同步建成全面小康社会。
[Abstract]:Jingpo is one of the nine "straight ethnic groups" in Yunnan. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the joint efforts of all walks of life, the transformation of social formation, the evolution of production mode and the adjustment of economic structure have been developed by leaps and bounds, which have greatly promoted the economic and social progress of the Jing-inhabited areas. However, at present, it is still faced with deep poverty, large poverty area; backward infrastructure construction; unreasonable economic structure; outstanding diathesis poverty problem; weak grass-roots organization construction in rural areas; weak strength of village collective economic organization; Social construction is not enough, the level of governance is not high, the problems of drugs, AIDS and many other contradictions and difficulties, only adhere to the policy of poverty alleviation and industry poverty, both blood transfusion and hematopoiesis, strengthen social construction, improve the people's livelihood; Only by strengthening the construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations and giving play to the role of the rural collective economy can the Jingpo nationality develop by leaps and bounds for the fourth time and build an overall well-off society with the people of the whole province at the same time.
