学者挂职缘何仍是“凤毛麟角”

【摘要】：学术秩序和政府秩序的不匹配,可能是学者在政府部门挂职的最大的阻力。学者去政府部门挂职,是好事,但最好不要把学者当作官员来使用。如果把学者当作拥有特定知识的人,那么学者挂职的通道就会多了一些,政府也可以系统地利用学者的知识。
[Abstract]:The mismatch between academic order and government order may be the biggest resistance for scholars to hold office in government departments. It is good for scholars to go to government departments, but it is better not to use scholars as officials. If scholars are treated as people with specific knowledge, there will be more channels for scholars to be attached to their posts, and the government can make use of them systematically.
