网络时代的微信治理研究

【摘要】：随着社会网络化信息化不断发展,移动网络服务已经覆盖全球,基于互联网而生的各类手机APP在人们社会生活中扮演着日益重要的角色,带领着人们进入指尖“微时代”。微信是一款网络媒体社交软件,自发布后受到用户普遍欢迎,日活跃用户数量已达7.68亿,已经发展成为社交平台类影响力最大的软件。随着软件功能不断增加,微信为用户在衣食住行等各个方面提供了极大地便利。但同时,大量的用户使用给微信也带来了诸多问题,进而影响人们社会生活。因此,认真研究当前我国微信的使用对社会发展造成哪些方面的影响,这些影响有何表现,以及面对这些负面影响时对于政府公共部门、微信运营平台和社会公众而言应当如何应该如何进行治理,对于社会发展而言,是极为重要的研究课题。本文分为六章:第一章是本文的绪论部分,主要分析了本文研究课题研究的背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述、概念界定、研究思路、研究方法等;第二章主要阐述本文研究的理论研究分析框架,从外部环境、协同动因、协同引擎、协同行为和协同后果等因素进行协同治理分析;第三章分析了我国微信治理的必要性。从维护社会安全要求、维持网络社交秩序要求、规范市场经济行为要求等三个方面具体分析我国微信治理的必要性。第四章依据本文第二章提出的协同治理理论分析框架对我国微信治理的状况进行分析。第五章根据第三章和第四章的分析,从政府公共部门、微信运营平台、社会公众和协同治理系统各个层面分析,综合我国微信治理过程中面临的挑战。第六章是在第四章我国微信治理现状分析和第五章治理困境分析的基础上,进一步提出我国微信治理的路径。从政府公共部门监控与管理层面、运营平台净化层面和社会公众自律层面以及微信协同治理系统层面出发,提出相关微信治理策略和建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social network information, mobile network services have been covering the world, all kinds of mobile phone APP based on the Internet play an increasingly important role in people's social life, leading people into the fingertip "micro-era". WeChat, a social networking app for online media, has been popular with 768 million active users a day since its launch, and has grown into the most influential social platform software. With the continuous increase of software functions, WeChat provides great convenience for users in all aspects, such as food, clothing, housing and transportation. But at the same time, a large number of users to WeChat also brought a lot of problems, and then affect people's social life. Therefore, we should carefully study the impact of the current use of WeChat on social development in our country, how these effects will be manifested, and how these negative effects will affect the public sector of the government. How to manage WeChat platform and the public is an important research topic for social development. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of this article, mainly analyzes the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, concept definition, research ideas, research methods and so on; The second chapter mainly describes the theoretical framework of this study, from the external environment, collaborative drivers, collaborative engine, collaborative behavior and collaborative consequences and other factors to analyze collaborative governance. Chapter three analyzes the necessity of WeChat governance in China. This paper analyzes the necessity of WeChat governance in China from three aspects: maintaining social security requirements, maintaining network social order requirements, and standardizing the requirements of market economy behavior. The fourth chapter analyzes the situation of WeChat governance in China according to the theoretical analysis framework of cooperative governance proposed in the second chapter. The fifth chapter according to the analysis of the third and fourth chapters, from the government public sector, WeChat operating platform, social public and collaborative governance system analysis of all levels, to integrate the challenges faced in the process of WeChat governance in China. The sixth chapter is based on the analysis of the current situation of WeChat governance in China and the analysis of the governance dilemma in chapter five, and further puts forward the path of WeChat governance in China. From the government public sector monitoring and management level, the operation platform purification level, the social public self-discipline level and the WeChat cooperative governance system level, puts forward the related WeChat governance strategy and the proposal.
