自组织与微权力的现代管理之方

【摘要】:正现代管理一直都是人类社会追求的共同目标,现代管理的实现有助于人类社会和谐稳定,促进经济社会发展。自组织与微权力作为社会管理的重要方式,实现的是自下而上的管理方式,只有自组织和谐稳定、不被腐败问题影响,其才能够以稳定的状态存在;一旦微权力出现贪污腐败问题,就会对社会管理造成影响,影响社会稳定。从现代管理角度对自组织和微权力进行分析,就是从基层社会管理来研究如何进行社会治理,这对提升当前社
[Abstract]:Modern management has always been the common goal of human society. The realization of modern management is conducive to the harmony and stability of human society and economic and social development. As an important way of social management, self-organization and micro-power realize bottom-up management. Only when self-organization and micro-power are harmonious and stable, can they exist in a stable state. Once corruption occurs in micro-power, social management will be affected and social stability will be affected. The analysis of self-organization and micro-power from the perspective of modern management is to study how to carry out social governance from the basic level of social management, which will contribute to the promotion of the current society.
