公共安全体系发展与安全保障型社会

【摘要】：构建以公众生命财产安全、社会安定有序和经济社会系统持续运行为核心目标的安全保障型社会是实现强国目标的必有之义。在工程科技中长期发展战略研究中,公共安全作为一个跨领域的研究课题,面向科技强国和小康社会目标,结合我国国情和发展需求,开展公共安全科技发展战略研究和路径设计。本文探讨了构建安全保障型社会的内涵,介绍了以建设全方位、立体化的公共安全体系为目标的公共安全科技中长期发展战略研究和发展路径,提出了我国公共安全科技发展的总体思路和战略构想。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to build a safe and secure society with the core goals of public life and property safety, social stability and order and the continuous operation of economic and social system. In the research of medium and long term development strategy of engineering science and technology, public security, as a cross-domain research subject, faces the goals of a powerful country in science and technology and a well-off society, and combines the national conditions and development needs of our country. To carry out strategic research and path design for the development of public safety science and technology. This paper discusses the connotation of constructing a safe and secure society, and introduces the strategic research and development path of the long-term development of public safety science and technology with the goal of building a comprehensive and three-dimensional public security system. This paper puts forward the general thinking and strategic conception of the development of science and technology of public safety in our country.
