从武汉的实践看我国政务大数据建设的现状、问题和建议

【摘要】：开发与挖掘庞大体量的政府数据,提升政务大数据应用价值,是当前我国大数据建设的重要任务,对促进经济增长和转型升级,推动经济社会全面发展,增强我国综合国力和国际竞争力具有重要意义。概述了我国当前政务大数据应用发展的背景和现状,从武汉市政务大数据建设实践出发分析了政务大数据建设中存在的主要问题,从创新管理、完善数据共享长效机制,应用驱动、探索政务大数据中心建设模式,发掘应用、提升政务大数据社会效益等三个方面提出了化解政务大数据建设难题、提升政务大数据建设效益的有关建议。
[Abstract]:It is an important task to develop and excavate large amount of government data and to promote the application value of big data in government affairs. It is an important task in the construction of big data in our country. It can promote the economic growth and transformation and upgrade, and promote the overall development of economy and society. It is of great significance to enhance China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. This paper summarizes the background and present situation of the application and development of government big data in China, analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of government affairs big data from the practice of big data construction of government affairs in Wuhan, and improves the long-effect mechanism of data sharing from the perspective of innovative management. This paper probes into the construction mode of government big data center, explores its application and promotes the social benefit of government affairs big data, and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problem of government affairs big data construction and how to improve the efficiency of government affairs big data construction.
