我国省级政府网上政务服务的现状与特点

【摘要】：随着互联网的飞速发展,社会和公众对基于互联网的政务服务需求不断增加。如何让社会和公众通过互联网享受到便捷、高效、高质量、个性化的政务服务,满足社会和公众日益增长的网上政务服务需求,提升新常态下网上政务服务水平,成为政府管理面临的新课题。
