智慧城市背景下城市治理的创新发展模式研究

【摘要】：在新一代信息通信技术的推动下,继数字城市、智能城市之后,城市信息化进入了智慧城市的高级发展阶段。智慧城市背景下的智慧治理的发展推动了传统的突击式、运动式的城市管理向多主体参与的、标准化、常态化城市治理格局转变。智慧城市背景下城市治理的创新模式是在城市公共信息平台支持下的,一种多部门协同管理的、公众广泛参与的、具有标准化的闭环运作流程的科学、高效、精准的城市管理模式,它推动了现代化的城市治理格局的形成与发展。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the new generation of information and communication technology, after the digital city and intelligent city, the city informatization has entered the advanced development stage of the intelligent city. The development of intelligent governance under the background of intelligent city has promoted the transformation of traditional assault and sport urban management to multi-subject participation standardized and regular urban governance pattern. The innovative mode of urban governance in the context of intelligent city is supported by the urban public information platform, which is a kind of multi-department cooperative management, widely participated by the public, with standardized closed-loop operation process of science and efficiency. Accurate urban management model, it promotes the formation and development of modern urban governance pattern.
