富裕社会的消费政治与国家治理

【摘要】：从短缺走向富裕是人类社会发展的必然规律。伴随着改革开放与生产力发展,中国社会已经在某些地域和某些方面呈现出富裕社会特征。可以预见,随着富裕社会的来临,生产的重要性逐渐让位于消费的重要性,由生产建构的政治也会转化为以消费主导的政治,因而国家治理的基本逻辑和方略需要顾及并适应新的社会现实。消费政治一方面表现为宏观领域的政治转型,另一方面也从日常生活的微观领域建构着微政治。其逻辑是个体消费行为叠加形成公共性困境以及社会风险,而这些困境和风险成为影响社会秩序的关键因素,同时也是国家治理的现实着力点。
[Abstract]:From the shortage to the rich is the inevitable law of the development of human society. With the reform and opening up and the development of productive forces, Chinese society has shown the characteristics of rich society in some areas and some aspects. It can be predicted that with the advent of a rich society, the importance of production gradually gives way to the importance of consumption, and the politics constructed by production will also be transformed into consumer-oriented politics. Therefore, the basic logic and strategy of national governance need to take into account and adapt to the new social reality. Consumer politics, on the one hand, represents the political transformation in the macro field, on the other hand, it constructs micro politics from the micro field of daily life. The logic is that the individual consumption behavior superposes the public predicament and the social risk, and these predicaments and risks become the key factors that affect the social order, and are also the realistic focus of the governance of the country.
