单位社会背景下公共性结构的形成及转换

【摘要】：随着近年来社会矛盾的凸显和"公""私"界限的论争,公共性主题成为理论界研究的新宠。单位制作为新中国社会整合与管理的典型制度,对中国社会"公共性"的结构产生了重要的影响。单位制形成前,传统社会结构的特性压制了现代意义的公共性的生发与扩展。单位制的构建使得国家主导的"大公共性"不断彰显,但其实际运作逻辑则凸显了"小公共性"的集体利益。市场化改革后的单位制变迁使得大小"双重公共性"之间的同构性被打破,基于单位自身利益的"自主型公共性"成为局部消解"大公共性"的力量。"后单位社会"背景下正在呼唤一种"新公共性"的到来,如何调动社区力量构建"新公共性"成为当前中国社会管理体制本土性与复杂性交融的实践场域。
[Abstract]:With the highlight of social contradictions and the controversy of "public" and "private" boundaries in recent years, the theme of publicity has become a new favorite of theoretical research. As a typical system of social integration and management in New China, unit system has an important influence on the structure of "publicity" of Chinese society. Before the formation of the unit system, the characteristics of the traditional social structure suppressed the development and expansion of the publicity of the modern meaning. The construction of unit system makes the "big publicity" of the state dominant constantly manifest, but its practical operation logic highlights the collective interest of "small publicity". The change of unit system after the marketization reform makes the isomorphism between size and size "dual publicity" to be broken, and the "autonomous publicity" based on the unit's own interests becomes the power of partially dispelling the "big publicity". " Under the background of post-unit society, it is calling for the arrival of "new publicity". How to mobilize community strength to construct "new publicity" has become a practical field in which the local nature and complexity of Chinese social management system blend together.
