全球城市的流动性与社会治理

【摘要】：流动性是全球化与互联网时代的重要表现形态,全球城市是全面展现流动性的载体。流动性的加剧,引发了社会科学的重要转向,这是因为流动成为社会运行的常态,挑战了传统意义上的"社会"这一概念的内涵。社会的流动化,尤其是全球城市的流动性特征,无疑对社会治理提出了全新的挑战。聚焦流动性,形成新的治理观和社会想象,才能形成一个更具回应性的社会治理架构。
[Abstract]:Mobility is an important manifestation of globalization and Internet era, and global cities are the carriers of overall display of mobility. The aggravation of mobility leads to an important turn in social science, because mobility becomes the normal state of social operation and challenges the connotation of the traditional concept of "society". Social mobility, especially the mobility of global cities, undoubtedly poses a new challenge to social governance. Only by focusing on mobility and forming a new concept of governance and social imagination can a more responsive social governance structure be formed.
