我国公务员录用笔试研究
[Abstract]:The civil servant recruitment examination has been carried out for more than 20 years, and the idea of "every advance must be tested" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The fairness and scientific nature of the examination have been recognized by the society. The examination has been used to select talents for governing the country and to improve the quality of the civil servants. Optimizing the structure of the civil service has played an important role. The written examination of civil servant recruitment is an important part of the civil servant examination and evaluation system, which undertakes important evaluation function, system function and social function, and takes fairness, efficiency, science and security as the value orientation. However, with the development of the written examination for civil servants, the public service ability of the examination organization, the examination legal system and the increasingly complicated and severe examination situation, the development bottleneck of the written examination appears. For example, the fairness of registration is insufficient. The scientific nature of the proposition needs to be strengthened, the safety risk of the written test is great, and the authority of the marking and the interpretation of the score is insufficient, which seriously affects the function of the written examination. In order to promote the development of written examination, in recent years, the examination organization department has actively explored in practice, for example, the national synchronous examination, the national cooperation proposition, the construction of joint meeting mechanism and so on, which provides new methods and new ideas for the development of the written examination. The author examines the current institutional mechanism, technical means, internal and external environment and other factors, and actively seeks to solve the bottleneck problem of the development of written examination, and puts forward that the written examination should concentrate resources to conduct the examination, perfect the national synchronous examination, and promote the proposition of national cooperation. We should build a mechanism for joint meetings to give full play to social forces in conducting examinations, innovate the examination mode, adjust the rounds of written tests, innovate evaluation methods, explore the contents of written tests, scientifically explain the results of written tests, and so on. We should promote the administration of examinations according to law and improve the legal system, To establish the examination legal consultant system and so on, in order to provide reference for the development of civil servants' written examination.
