档案部门参与公共危机管理的思考

【摘要】：正面对公共危机事件,档案部门应该如何作为?纵观多数事件的处置结果,我们发现政府有关部门在公共危机管理的过程中还存在着缺少决策依据、智库支撑和信息分散等问题。众所周知,档案是历史的忠实记录者,档案部门参与公共危机管理不仅能为危机事件的处置提供信息参考与决策依据,而且还能进一步彰显其在公共危机管理中的独特价值。
[Abstract]:In the face of a public crisis, what should the archives department do? Looking at the results of most cases, we find that there are still some problems in the process of public crisis management, such as the lack of decision basis, the support of think-tank and the dispersion of information. As we all know, archives are the faithful recorder of history. Archives' participation in public crisis management can not only provide information reference and decision basis for the handling of crisis events, but also further highlight its unique value in public crisis management.
