西藏农牧民看对口援藏——基于西藏两个村的问卷调查

【摘要】：西藏农牧民对对口援藏有较高的政策意识,对对口援藏对西藏经济发展和其农业生产生活的帮助都表示了一致性的积极评价,对现时期的对口援藏给予充分肯定。调查结果还表明,西藏农牧民对援藏项目和援藏干部有较高的期望和要求,在肯定现时期援藏项目和援藏干部作用的同时,对援藏项目中农牧民参与度较低以及援藏干部与农牧民互动交流较低提出了批评,表现出多样化的态度倾向。
[Abstract]:The Tibetan farmers and herdsmen have a high policy sense of assisting Tibet by mouth, a positive evaluation of the aid to Tibet's economic development and its agricultural production and life, and a full affirmation of the corresponding assistance to Tibet in the present period. The results of the investigation also show that Tibetan farmers and herdsmen have high expectations and requirements for Tibet aid projects and aid cadres, while affirming the role of Tibetan aid projects and aid cadres in the present period. This paper criticizes the low participation of farmers and herdsmen and the low interactive communication between Tibetan aid cadres and farmers and herdsmen, showing a diversified attitude tendency.
