公务员职业道德建设的量化分析与四维度模型建构

【摘要】：职业道德规范内容是公务员职业道德建设的基础。通过国内外关于公务员职业道德建设内容研究的文献分析、我们党和国家对公务员职业道德要求的内容分析以及对广大公务员调查的实证分析,构建了包括工作宗旨、工作原则、工作品质与工作作风的四维度职业道德体系内容模型,并以此模型为参考,与中央颁布的《关于推进公务员职业道德建设工程的意见》中所提出的24字建设内容进行比较与分析,肯定了其科学性与时代性,也提出了结构性改进的意见。
[Abstract]:The content of professional ethics is the foundation of the construction of civil servants' professional ethics. The content model of four-dimensional professional ethics system of work principle, work quality and work style, and this model as reference, This paper compares and analyzes the contents of the 24-word construction in "opinions on promoting the Construction of Professional Ethics of Civil servants" promulgated by the Central Committee, affirms its scientific and contemporary nature, and puts forward some suggestions for structural improvement.
